LabTrak provides a convenient way for clients of Genalysis to check the status of their analytical jobs (i.e. batches of samples). If you want to use LabTrak please fill out this form for a user-login name and password. Please note that LabTrak-users will only be able to access job-status information for clients they can prove association with. Also be aware that LabTrak user-login passwords will by default expire after three months, however it is the responsibility of the client who requested the login name to inform Genalysis of any staff changes or any other reasons why LabTrak users should no longer have access to LabTrak.
