Field Labeling & Field Evaluations

Intertek offers expedited field labeling to secure approval from local inspectors and quickly get your products in operation.

When an inspector or building official “red tags” an unlabeled product, that product may not be operated until all applicable product safety requirements have been met. Intertek performs field labeling for unlabeled electrical/gas equipment, fire doors and frames, and windows. In fact, for most areas of the U.S. and Canada we can provide NEXT DAY SERVICE. For immediate assistance, call our 24-hour hotline at 1-800-WORLD-LAB (1-800-967-5352).
