California Toxic Toy Bill	AB 1108	Certain toy and child care articles intended for use by a child	1. prohibited to contain di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), or benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), in concentrations exceeding 0.1%. 2. prohibited to contain diisononyl phthalate (DINP), diisodecyl phthalate (DIDP), or di-n-octyl phthalate (DnOP), in concentrations exceeding 0.1%. California Safe Cosmetics Act	SB 484	cosmetic	Labeling and disclosure to the state of any product ingredient that is identified on state or federal lists of chemicals that cause cancer or birth defects.	January 1, 2007
