EU Novel Foods (1997-2017): An Expert’s Perspective

Continuing controversy has followed the regulation of novel foods in the EU. Intertek has been actively monitoring regulatory changes over the years and has achieved more than 50 successful approvals and notifications (more than any other company to date!).
